1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a product, booking a service, or simply browsing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

2. User Accounts and Roles

House Plan Files serves multiple types of users, including Customers, Architects, Contractors, and Sellers.

Customers: Users seeking to purchase house plans, hire professionals, or buy construction materials.
Professionals (Architects & Contractors): Independent service providers offering design, consultation, and construction services through our Platform.
Sellers: Independent vendors listing building materials, interior products, and related goods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

3. Digital Products (House Plans & Designs)

The Platform offers readymade house plans, 3D elevations, floor plans, and interior designs as digital downloads.

License: Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded plans for constructing a single personal property.
Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or publish our digital products (modified or unmodified) on any other platform or to any third party.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of house plans and digital downloads are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Professional Services and Marketplace

House Plan Files acts as a bridge connecting Customers with independent Architects, Contractors, and Sellers.

Platform Role: We facilitate introductions and transactions but are not a party to the actual contract between the Customer and the Professional/Seller.
Quality and Liability: We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services or products provided by third-party Professionals or Sellers. Any disputes regarding construction quality, delays, or material defects must be resolved directly between the Customer and the respective Professional/Seller.
Compliance: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that any purchased plans or hired services comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and municipal regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to architectural designs, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio, is the property of House Plan Files or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Plan Files, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, errors or inaccuracies in the house plans, construction failures, or any transactions made with third-party Professionals or Sellers.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
